Travel Soccer for U9 (8-year-old ) U10 (8–9-year-old), U12 (10-11 year old), U13 (12 year old), U15 (13-14 year old), U17 (15-16 year old). Boys, Girls and Coed teams will represent the town of Groton in the Southeast Connecticut Junior Soccer Association league. Groton Soccer Club is a feeder organization for Groton Middle and Fitch High School's soccer programs, so players will be placed in the best team/group to suit their ability and experience. Team rosters for Spring season usually remain as close as possible to the previous Fall season, though this cannot be guaranteed at this stage, and is dependent on registration numbers and parent volunteer sign-ups. If a pre-season session is required to help our coaching directors assign players to teams, you will be notified in February.

Teams will play in either gold, silver, or bronze divisions. Games against other towns take place once every weekend between April - June (exact dates will be scheduled closer to season start), teams are led by parent coaches. Twice-weekly practices are normally scheduled during the season and run by our hired trainer in collaboration with the parent volunteers.

TRAVEL UNIFORMS ARE REQUIRED AND NEED TO BE PURCHASED 3-4 WEEKS AHEAD OF THE SEASON: (jersey, shorts and socks) and now need to be purchased through the GSC store. Moore Sports - Stores (chipply.com). If your child has not be assigned a jersey number in the past, they will assign one.
